For me it has to be any big V12 powered car.

I enjoy listening to our family's '52 Buick start up. Here's a video I made of it last summer:
I didn't mean to engage the starter twice. I just wanted to vary the throttle a bit, but accidentally disengaged and reengaged the starter. It looks weird starting it from under the hood like this, but it's because when you're in the car, you flip the ignition on and press the gas pedal to start it. It's just all mechanically linked, so it works the same under the hood.

It may sound ridiculous but a slightly undersized starter sounds great. That bit of struggle before an engine roars to life is all part of the game.
